Join Our Team as a Food & Beverage Manager! Ready to lead the charge and make every meal memorable? As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll spark smiles, keep the good vibes flowing, and help our team deliver top‑notch service.
This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
Key Skills & Responsibilities- Captain of Hospitality: You’re the heart of the guest experience—ensuring everyone feels welcomed from lounge to banquet. With your upbeat energy, you coach and train your team so every shift runs smoothly.
- Operations & Compliance Guru: You keep everything sharp, upholding standards for grooming, safety, and certifications—Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid, and more.
- Admin Ace: Behind the scenes, you handle payroll, scheduling, and reports, tracking staff hours and productivity with ease.
- Quality & Promotions Pro: You ensure food looks and tastes excellent, create fun promotions, and oversee inventory and beverage purchasing.
- Communication & Problem‑Solving Hero: You keep everyone informed and address guest requests or concerns quickly, always ensuring satisfaction.
- General Go‑Getter: You analyze reports, attend meetings, and jump in wherever needed, bringing versatility and positivity to the team.
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
