Overview

Role and Responsibilities- Looking for a Gentle yoga or Strength and Balance instructor to provide a monthly physical wellness activity for our seniors and single adults.
- Support ongoing physical wellness needs in our building for positive community engagement and improved wellness.
- Help residents with transportation barriers and limited mobility to participate in a fitness activity within our housing space.
- Lead a group class to improve mobility and strength and reduce social isolation, with times that fit your availability.
- Location:
our own housing space in Columbia Heights. - Schedule:
flexible with time and commitment. - Volunteer period: starting February 2026 through September 2026.
