Responsibilities- Manage and nurture client relationships within the healthcare sector, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client needs and drive long‑term customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver healthcare‑focused solutions, prioritizing profitable growth and revenue expansion for the account.
- Provide support and mentorship to account executives and managers, enabling them to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Participate in the development and execution of account strategies, including identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for healthcare clients, offering insights and guidance to strengthen partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver client reports and proposals that demonstrate the value and ROI of healthcare solutions.
- Regularly analyze healthcare market dynamics and adjust account strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Represent the organization at healthcare industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and build relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3+ years in healthcare account leadership or strategic sales roles.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion within healthcare accounts while nurturing client relationships.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering business growth.
- A continuous learner who stays current with healthcare industry trends and technologies.
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Certifications such as Certified Account Manager (CAM) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus.

CompensationEstimated range $131,900 – $245,000.
