• Provide support and mentorship to account executives and managers, enabling them to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Participate in the development and execution of account strategies, including identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow account revenue.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for healthcare clients, offering insights and guidance to strengthen partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver client reports and proposals that demonstrate the value and ROI of healthcare solutions.
• Regularly analyze healthcare market dynamics and adjust account strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Represent the organization at healthcare industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and build relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3+ years in healthcare account leadership or strategic sales roles.
• Proven success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion within healthcare accounts while nurturing client relationships.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering business growth.
• A continuous learner who stays current with healthcare industry trends and technologies.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Certifications such as Certified Account Manager (CAM) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus.

Full‑time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program which includes health, dental, vision insurance, wellness, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Estimated range $131,900 – $245,000.
