PCA, HM & HHA in Saint Paul

Overview

All Home Caring Minnesota Inc. is a Medicare-certified home care agency serving the Minneapolis/St. Paul 11-County Metro Area and Saint Cloud. We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Homemakers (HM) to join our team in Saint Paul and surrounding suburbs.

• PCA – Provide essential in-home care: assist with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, nutrition, and environmental support per the care plan. Supervising and assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs); providing personal care and designated health-related services; maintaining confidentiality of clients and documentation; reporting changes to the supervising health care professional; assisting with mobility, turning, positioning, and using special equipment; observing and accurately recording client status and tasks with timely documentation.
• HHA – Provide hands-on care and support: assist with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene); monitor and document client health and progress; support exercises and mobility; assist with light housekeeping to support well-being; build positive, compassionate relationships with clients.
• HM – Maintain a safe, clean, organized home environment: perform light housekeeping (laundry, dusting, vacuuming, meal prep); run errands (grocery shopping, prescriptions); assist with daily routines; report concerns or changes to the supervising care team.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and assist with transferring clients up to 80 lbs
• Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, bending, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling
• Pass DHS Criminal Background check and TB Skin Test
• Must have a driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation & valid car insurance
• Experience in a caregiving role is preferred for HHA
