• Fixed Rate
  : $22.00/hr
• Schedules
  :
  Variety of Full‑time and Part‑time schedules. All positions should be prepared to work weekends and holidays.

• Provide Hands‑On Care
  :
  Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry while fostering independence.
• Provide Health Care
  :
  Monitor overall health, assist with transfers, and help develop, implement, and evaluate individual medical care programs.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment
  :
  Maintain a clean, safe space that supports comfort and personal goal attainment.
• Mentor & Guide
  :
  Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.

• Completed an approved Nursing Assistant/CNA training and testing program within the last 10 years (certification or transcripts; not required to be current but may not be revoked).
• Higher education in the medical field qualifies in lieu of a CNA certification (additional qualifications considered).
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Passion for Helping Others

• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
