Base Pay Range$22.00/hr - $22.00/hr

- Provide Hands‑On Care
:
Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry while fostering independence. - Provide Health Care
:
Monitor overall health, assist with transfers, and help develop, implement, and evaluate individual medical care programs. - Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment
:
Maintain a clean, safe space that supports comfort and personal goal attainment. - Mentor & Guide
:
Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.
- Completed an approved Nursing Assistant/CNA training and testing program within the last 10 years (certification or transcripts; not required to be current but may not be revoked).
- Higher education in the medical field qualifies in lieu of a CNA certification (additional qualifications considered).
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Passion for Helping Others
. - Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
