A multi-site Food & Beverage manufacturing organization is seeking a Multi-Site Safety Supervisor to lead safety programs across two Minnesota facilities. This is a newly created role supporting increased focus on safety, compliance, and training within a regulated production environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on safety professional who enjoys being on the plant floor, working independently, and building consistent safety standards across multiple sites.

• Lead and strengthen site-level safety culture and OSHA compliance
• Own and improve Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Machine Guarding programs
• Standardize PPE programs across both facilities
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping, reporting, and documentation
• Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis
• Develop and deliver safety training and orientation programs
• Partner closely with HR and Operations leadership
• Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training
• Conduct audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Support emergency response and regulatory inspections

• Safety experience in Food & Beverage or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong working knowledge of:
• OSHA compliance and recordkeeping
• LOTO, machine guarding, and electrical safety
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis
• Experience developing and delivering safety training
• Comfortable working autonomously with remote leadership
• Familiarity with Minnesota safety regulations is a plus
• Exposure to ergonomics and compliance audits preferred
• Up to 50% travel between two Minnesota manufacturing sites
• Facilities are approximately 2.5 hours apart
• Travel is primarily regional and expected to decrease over time
