Mental Health Counseling Services have spent the last 20 years building a clinician-led, employee-based mental health group practice designed for long-term sustainability—for our patients, our clinicians, and the organization itself.

This is not a contractor collective, and it is not a high-throughput model optimized for short-term income maximization. Our approach favors clarity, shared norms, and financial transparency. Rather than selling an ideal future or relying on an extractive command structure, we’ve spent our time developing shared tools and pooling resources to make collaboration, good care, and durable work lives possible.

We tend to work best with capable clinicians who want visibility into how the organization functions and who are interested in participating in decisions that affect their work, rather than having those decisions made in isolation.

What This Role Includes

  • W-2 employee status
  • Hybrid work model (in-person and telehealth)
  • Substantial control over your clinical schedule, with shared constraints designed to support access, sustainability, and team coherence
  • Fully integrated EHR and telehealth platform
  • Excellent administrative support for billing, credentialing, scheduling, and patient payments
  • Access to furnished office space (Maple Grove and Minneapolis)
  • Collaboration and consultation with colleagues operating within the same organizational model
  • Multiple physical locations:
    Maple Grove and Minneapolis

Unlicensed clinicians actively pursuing full licensure are welcome to reach out; supervision is provided.

Compensation & Benefits (Summary)

Approximate FTE Annual Wages: $92,962.91

Estimated Range Based on Productivity/Service Mix: $ 70256.73-$112070.15
