We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to provide leadership and support at our Minneapolis clinic. This fast‑paced, rapidly growing environment demands expertise, professionalism, and collaboration to make a direct impact.

• Oversee a team of nurses, medical assistants, and sonographers to ensure day‑to‑day responsibilities are met.
• Mentor clinical leads and provide feedback to staff on performance.
• Execute onboarding and training programs for the clinical team.
• Ensure clinical team overhead aligns with budget and identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Coordinate patient conversion lists and anticipated cycle volumes across locations.
• Oversee clinical staff schedules and manage per‑diem nurses when applicable.
• Manage time cards and procedural scheduling for OR cases, embryo transfers, and IUIs.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and address complaints as needed.
• Support nursing responsibilities: patient education, cycle oversight, pre‑ and post‑operative care, and documentation in EMR.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.

• 4+ years of experience as a nurse in a fertility practice or managerial experience in an outpatient Women’s Health clinic.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota.
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification.
• EMR and G‑Suite experience.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and IV access ability.
• Passion for women’s health and fertility.
• Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, and a team player.
• Exemplifies strong customer service skills and professionalism.
