Position: Trauma Associate Sales Representative (Baltimore, MD)

Responsibilities

Support the Trauma Sales team within an assigned territory by performing installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and demo inventory setup. Provide in‑service to customers and keep inventory in order. Transport customer inventory between accounts and cover surgical cases for sales reps when required. Study technical information and surgical procedures in the Trauma Orthopaedics product portfolio, specializing in internal and external fixation solutions. Participate in a 24/7 call rotation within the team.

What

will you need to be successful?

Technical expertise in the Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio, strong relationship‑building skills with surgeons and hospital personnel, and the ability to train and support users on proper product use. Support the Sales Representative to generate revenue and meet or exceed the territory’s quota.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare industry, such as selling orthopedic products or roles like EMT/Paramedic, Surgical Technician, Sterile Processing Technician, Operating Room Aide, or athletic trainer
  • Proven track record selling or converting business at the surgeon or hospital level preferred
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members
Travel Requirements

Within designated sales territory with 2–4 overnight stays per month and infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
