About the Role:
The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) plays a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations. This position involves conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients emotional and psychological well-being. The LICSW collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community resources, to ensure holistic care and continuity of services.
Additionally, the role requires maintaining detailed clinical documentation and adhering to ethical and legal standards in social work practice. Ultimately, the LICSW contributes to improving clients quality of life by fostering resilience, coping skills, and positive behavioral changes through compassionate and professional care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the United States.
- Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical experience providing mental health services.
- Strong knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Ability to maintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant confidentiality regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations including children, adults, and older adults.
- Training or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Bilingual abilities or experience working with multicultural communities.
- Experience in community outreach and resource coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community agencies, and support networks to coordinate care and resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services while ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
- Participate in case consultations, supervision, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

16 to 24 hours per week, including Mondays and Wednesdays.
