This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for patients, guiding their recovery and rehabilitation process. Responsibilities include performing therapeutic exercises, providing hands-on therapy, and educating patients on prevention strategies and wellness practices. The role is focused on delivering exceptional patient care while promoting optimal physical health and performance.

• Proficient in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Strong knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care
• Experience in Home Care and personalized therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain strong patient relationships
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Minnesota
• Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent qualifications
• Passion for promoting wellness and enhancing the quality of life for patients
