Laboratory Technician

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support our scientific operations. In this role, you will perform essential laboratory procedures, manage sample preparation, and ensure the accurate documentation of experimental data. You will work closely with researchers and senior scientists to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant lab environment.

• Sample Preparation & Testing: Prepare chemical solutions, biological samples, and reagents following strict protocols (SOPs).
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and calibrate standard laboratory instrumentation such as pH meters, centrifuges, and microscopes.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise records of all experiments and findings in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) or GMP standards.
• Lab Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals and biological waste.
• Inventory Management: Monitor lab supplies and order materials to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a laboratory setting (academic or professional).
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related Life Science field preffered
• Skills: Proficiency in aseptic technique, pipetting, and basic mathematical calculations for solution preparation.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn new software and technical procedures quickly.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and handle delicate laboratory glassware and equipment.
