Would you like to work for an organization full of kindness, dedication, and customer centered care? We have a community of senior residences in NE Minneapolis and are known for our close-knit, small town environment. We are looking for home health aides at both of our Assisted Living locations.
Job DescriptionThe HHA is responsible for providing personal care and designated health related services to tenants in an assisted living setting, including memory care.
QualificationsExperience working at home care and/or Assisted Living is desired. Experience with memory care is helpful. The Aide must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Aide must have the ability to prioritize and organize work, be flexible, compassionate and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
Additional InformationVarious schedules and shifts are available.
