We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in East Grand Forks, MN, offering a $15,000 signing bonus and a salary range of $60,008-$75,728 annually
.
- Conducting screenings and applying Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension knowledge
- Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse norms
- Managing client authorization and communication with payers
- Maintaining professional licensure and participating in staff meetings
- Communicating effectively with clients from varied backgrounds
- Active MN LADC license
- Ongoing cultural awareness training
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to pass DHS background study
