We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Data Processing Technician to join our team. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in prescription entry within a pharmacy setting, preferably with exposure to automation and robotic systems. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate prescription processing and regulatory compliance.

• Data Entry & Verification: Accurately input and update prescription information in the pharmacy’s computer system, ensuring completeness and precision.
• Collaborative Dispensing Support: Work alongside pharmacists and other staff to ensure timely, accurate dispensing of medications.
• Utilize Automation Systems: Operate and serve as a backup for robotic systems, with responsibilities evolving based on performance.
• Customer & Provider Support: Address inquiries regarding prescription statuses professionally and promptly.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
• Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support pharmacy operations.

• Experience: Proven background as a Data Entry Technician in a pharmacy setting; familiarity with automation and robotic systems is a plus.
