North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is looking to hire a Full‑time Activities Director to join our team. If you want to be part of a dynamic and caring clinical team, read on! DAYIN THE LIFE OF AN ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR
The Activities Director is responsible for leading the community's activity program, which includes developing programming geared towards a variety of individual abilities and interests. The position also includes supervising other members of the activity staff. We are looking for someone who is creative and strategic, can quickly adapt to change, is energetic, can positively influence others in a supportive manner, and is customer service oriented with great written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and computer skills as well as a teamwork attitude are a must.
- Current Activities Director Certification
- Prior experience of 2 years or more
- Experience developing and implementing an activities program in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
This full‑time health care position works 8‑hour shifts Monday–Friday.
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
