This role is a full‑time appointment located at 825 S 8th St, Ste 1224, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The posting date is 08/11/2025.

$22.00/hr – $34.00/hr

• Take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. PCTs will work in conjunction with dialysis RNs to provide dialysis care.
• Spend the majority of your day in direct one‑on‑one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment.
• Meet and/or exceed clinical outcomes in a complex service line. Multitasking is expected to meet the needs of the service, the patients and our SNF partners.
• Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting; monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid and active CCHT on the NNCC website.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

• Background in training/teaching or healthcare education.
