• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Overnight (NOC): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (every other weekend)

• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years old
• Experience in a direct care role
• Willingness to work every other weekend
• Must be able to pass a MN DHS Background Check

• Provide support for individuals with disabilities in daily living needs and routines
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Administer medications as needed
• Prepare simple meals and maintain a clean, comfortable home environment through light housekeeping tasks
• Safely transport individuals to and from appointments, ensuring a smooth and stress‑free day
