DepartmentOverview
The Speech‑Language Pathology department evaluates and treats children with a range of diagnoses, including cleft palate, voice disorders, speech, cognitive‑linguistic, feeding, and swallowing problems. Services are delivered at Minneapolis, St. Paul, Woodbury, Roseville, and Eden Prairie.
Position SummaryResponsible for the evaluation and provision of speech therapy services to children; documentation and verbal communication to administer care; training of patients/families, staff, and students; maintaining a safe, clean environment; proper care of equipment; time management; and satisfaction of patients, families, and providers in accordance with Children’s MN Standards of Behavior.
Requirements- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from an accredited speech‑language pathology program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year.
- Minnesota Department of Health license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
