Join the Family Partnership team as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. The Family Partnership has been serving families in the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul area for more than 140 years, providing counseling, education, and advocacy to children and families.
Wages and Benefits

Schedule
:
Full‑time, in‑person. Must be able to travel within sites during the workday.
- Select, administer, score, interpret, and document appropriate standardized pediatric assessments.
- Document plans of care and daily progress in a timely manner in accordance with ASHA, DHS, and MDH guidelines.
- Manage and maintain physician orders to keep all clients current.
- Submit daily billing and progress notes through the EMR system.
- Consult and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and parents.
- Discharge clients when they exit the program or meet maximal therapeutic potential.
- Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist in Minnesota.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program with a master’s degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of pediatric experience, or equivalent knowledge through alternative study or life experience.
- Comfortable working with at‑risk clients, trauma survivors, diverse cultures and ethnicities, and non‑English speaking households.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills; flexible and adaptable.
- Membership with the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and meeting TFP driving record requirements.
- Current vaccination policy compliance, with accommodations as required by law.
