• The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse client population under clinical supervision.
• This position is ideal for therapists seeking hours toward full licensure and committed to culturally responsive, trauma‑informed care.
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards.
• Deliver trauma‑informed, evidence‑based, and culturally relevant interventions.
• Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and supervision.
• Support outreach, wellness programming, or community engagement initiatives as aligned with your interests.
• Maintain timely documentation according to agency standards.
• Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Attend weekly supervision and team meetings.
• Uphold ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, anti‑oppressive mental health care.
• Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with clients virtually and/or in person.
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Pursuing licensure to practice as a Psychotherapist or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing empathetic care while maintaining professional boundaries.
