This casual position is responsible for providing clinical assessment including diagnostic assessment, DPOAE and hearing aid support.

• Obtains patient case history and documents in EMR.
• Provides Diagnostic and audio logic testing.
• Counsels and educates patients on diagnosis.
• Designs and implements individual rehabilitation/treatment programs.
• Advises and assists patients with specialized hearing protection and ear molds.
• Provides work direction to Audiology Assistant.
• Services or repairs hearing aids.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of hearing aid circuitry and ability to service.
• Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions.
• Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a team.
• Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations.
• Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills.

• Current MN Audiology license.

• Balance Assessment (VNG, ENG, CDP).

Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as: the of the position, experience, education, knowledge, and skills along with location and internal equity. Pay listed does not include any shift, weekend, or other differentials.
