Job Purpose: The Alcohol and Drug Counselor at Pathway to Recovery plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, client-centered treatment services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Utilizing the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria for assessment and treatment planning, this position supports clients through individual counseling, group therapy, and comprehensive care coordination, ensuring an integrated and holistic approach to recovery.

Expected hours: 40 per week
Medical Specialty: Addiction Medicine
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays from 8-11am
Experience: Addiction counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Minneapolis, MN 55404 (Required)
