Float Radiation Therapist RT; T - eligible

Minneapolis Radiation Oncology (MRO) has an opening for a benefit-eligible Float Radiation Therapist RT(T). This Float R(T)
T position will cover up to 8 clinics in the Twin Cities metro area. MRO owns and operates clinics using Varian equipment with Aria EMR and Elekta equipment with Mosaic EMR. This role has the opportunity to train and learn at multiple clinics on a variety of machines, dependent on how many hours are available to work per week.

Base clinic will be determined based on business needs at the time of hire. This role is benefit-eligible and has the ability to work close to full-time hours if interested! Status of .5-.8 FTE, with the ability to flex up to work full weeks as possible.

• ARRT Certification or Board Eligible
• Previous work experience preferred, but open to new grads as well
• Excellent communication skills are necessary
• Ability to travel between multiple clinic locations within a 45-minute radius of the Twin Cities required with mileage reimbursement available
• Schedules published monthly. Must be willing to work flexible hours based on scheduling needs, last minute adjustments and willing to flex up to cover full week schedules occasionally.

Hourly pay rate depends on experience. Starting pay for certified float Radiation Therapists is $35.50 per hour. Hourly pay rate depends on experience, starting at up to $55 per hour potentially. Open to relocation and/or sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
