As a pre‑licensed Therapist, you will hold a Master’s degree and be eligible to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW. You will provide psychotherapy services and skills training to clients ranging from infants to adults with mental illness and/or mental health needs, using evidence‑based interventions. Services may be delivered in community settings or via telehealth.

• Licensure supervision for those pursuing Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW.
• Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within families.
• Knowledge of varied interventions for children, families, and individuals in crisis.
• Proficient computer skills for communication and documentation.
• Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and appropriately managing referrals.
• Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and community‑based locations.

Annual range: $55,000 – $70,000 (above base pay range impacted by experience and eligibility).
