DescriptionLyn Lake Centers for Well Being is an integrative group mental health and wellness practice with over 240 interdisciplinary clinicians and staff. As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.
Responsibilities- Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy
- Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans.
- Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.
- Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
- Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.
- Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- In a Pre-Licensed track receiving supervision for one of the following licensures: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Minnesota.
- Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
- Works with children under the age of 13 years old
- Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART;
Somatic Experiencing;
Sensorimotor Psychotherapy;
Brain spotting;
Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy. - Experience or training working with:
Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer’s/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc.)
- Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services.
- Full benefits package available for W2 Employees billing an average of 24+ sessions/week.
- Estimated salary (based on an average of our lowest and highest net collection amount for a 90837 at 24 sessions/week):
- W2 Full Time – $82,417/year or $66 per session
