Job Summary

As a Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy
  • Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans.
  • Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed.
  • Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices.
  • Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.
Requirements Clinical Experience
  • Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)
Education
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
Licensures/Certifications
  • In a Pre-Licensed track receiving supervision for one of the following licensures: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Minnesota.
  • Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.
Strongly Preferred
  • Works with children under the age of 13 years old
  • Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART;
    Somatic Experiencing;
    Sensorimotor Psychotherapy;
    Brain spotting;
    Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy.
  • Experience or training working with:
    Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer’s/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc.)
Additional Benefits & Compensation Information
  • Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services.
  • Full benefits package available for W2 Employees billing an average of 24+ sessions/week.
  • Estimated salary (based on an average of our lowest and highest net collection amount for a 90837 at 24 sessions/week):
  • W2 Full Time – $82,417/year or $66 per session
