Vice President Finance Accounting

A growing international manufacturing organization in the healthcare/medical technology sector is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Accounting to join its executive leadership team. This role will serve as the top finance leader within the business, partnering closely with the President and executive leadership team to drive financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, or Director of FP&A ready to step into a broader executive leadership role with exposure to global operations and strategic decision-making.

• Lead all finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and internal controls
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, financial modeling, and business analysis
• Oversee monthly close, consolidation accounting, and financial reporting processes
• Drive financial planning and analysis initiatives, including operating budgets and performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and advisors
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
• Provide insights and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and operational improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
• Strong background in financial reporting, general ledger, and consolidation accounting
• Experience leading FP&A, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of internal controls and financial compliance frameworks (SOX/JSOX)
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

• CPA, CFA, or MBA
• Experience supporting international operations or global subsidiaries
• Strong financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities
