* The Opportunity:

** Health

EZ is currently seeking a Risk Solutions Specialist to support the Risk department on request for proposals for new clients and renewals for existing clients. This role will be primarily be working within the risk team to ensure proposals move through process in timely manner.  They will also work close with sales as needed.
** What You'll Do:
*** Maintain RFP Inbox
* Process and load submissions into Salesforce and underwriting system
* Send RFPs to carriers for proposals
* Support risk team in meeting turnaround time KPIs
* Resolve outstanding questions on RFPs.
* Follow up with producers regarding any missing data
* Coordinate contract paperwork with carriers
* Communicate contract details to internal stakeholders
* Maintain and update underwriting files
* Process sold accounts following established procedures.## Qualifications
** What We Expect from You:
*** Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Math, Economics, or business related field with 1-2 years of professional work experience
* Proven ability to effectively communicate key internal stake holders;
* Ability to provide solutions and offer suggestions
* Effectively collaborate in a high-paced work environment
* Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, and other Microsoft products
* Excellent analytical and interpretive skills
* Highly organized with keen attention to detail
* Possess good time management skills

** Additional Opportunity Details:
** Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $95,000-$135,000
