Senior Financial Analyst

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Senior Financial Analyst with our medical device client in ,Minneapolis MN. This is a 4-month contract with a potential for extension.

$60.00 - $70.00/hr
; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Flexible 8 hour days with core hours 9am - 4pm

• Performs and analyzes financial modeling, economic research, trends and studies subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and/or income statements.
• Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
• Develops, maintains, and establishes operational specifications for financial information systems considering such things as information flow, volume, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
• May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit, division or group.

• Review open positions and headcount budgets, assist in creation of total cost of ownership models for P&C technologies, assist in creating monthly reporting packages for P&C leadership, perform analysis on average open position impact, ad hoc analyses as needed.

• Variance analysis, financial model development, project management, curiosity, flexibility, strong ownership over work product.

• History of budget creation, working cross-functionally, business partnering/direct leadership support, experience with headcount planning, experience within medical device industry.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
