The Relationship Support Banker – Shared Services is an operational support role responsible for completing high-volume, repeatable tasks and projects with accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. This role supports Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and other internal partners by handling essential back‑office functions that ensure smooth client servicing and operational efficiency. Team members are expected to own their work processes, conduct necessary research within their access, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
Essential Functions:
- Complete a variety of high-volume, process-driven tasks such as officer code and cost center changes, submission of account analysis e‑forms, billing corrections and exceptions, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Ensure all requests are entered, tracked, and resolved accurately and within required timelines.
- Conduct research and gather supporting information for assigned tasks, escalating when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and organized records across systems, following established procedures and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to team efficiency by identifying potential process improvements and adopting best practices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (RMs, PMs, and other support teams) to ensure requests are completed with accuracy and clear communication.
- Consistently demonstrate accountability, reliability, and attention to detail in all assigned work.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in financial services industry

Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
- Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to follow procedures and spot inconsistencies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; ability to quickly learn department-specific systems.
- Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
