• Oversee core accounting functions and daily financial operations
• Support preparation and review of recurring financial reporting
• Coordinate timely period‑end close processes and reconciliations
• Track and manage long‑term asset records and schedules
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
• Lead, develop, and mentor accounting team members
• Identify financial trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to planning and forecasting with financial analysis
• Strengthen accounting policies, systems, and operational procedures

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience (public or public/corporate)
• Prior people leadership experience

• Salary Range: $100,000–$135,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
