Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including matching, batching, and coding invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily financial controls while adhering to company policies.
- Provide assistance and support to internal teams and business partners as needed.
- Organize, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other financial documents to maintain proper storage.
- Process expense reports and reconcile sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
- Validate, record, and send checks, including handling special requests for expedited processing.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by gathering and organizing relevant documentation.
- Distribute department mail and ensure timely handling of incoming correspondence.
- Contribute to additional administrative tasks within the AP and Finance department as required. Requirements - Proficiency in processing checks and managing high-volume accounts payable tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software.
- Strong familiarity with spreadsheets and databases for financial record-keeping.
- Proven ability to handle expense reporting and automated clearing house (ACH) transactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and financial teams.
- Experience with Concur Expense and HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of coding invoices and conducting check runs.
