• Bachelor’s and 2+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience or candidate is seeking and graduating from an MBA program focused on Investment Banking
• Prior experience involving financial analysis and M&A transaction execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
