Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of mortgage underwriting experience required Solid knowledge of mortgage underwriting and automated underwriting systems Knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations, including the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act Familiarity with state and federal agency mortgage loan guidelines and regulations is helpful
