• Analyze credit and debit policies using a risk/reward methodology to inform strategy decisions
• Gather and interpret internal and external data to perform statistical and financial analyses
• Implement strategic initiatives that lead to optimal performance and continual learning
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and relevant business lines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth

• B.S. in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial services experience
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the financial services industry with an understanding of best practices

• Experience in collections, credit bureau reporting, or other operations within financial services
• Familiarity with risk management methodologies and tools
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and initiatives
