This role leads a defined Specialized Banking segment with full accountability for growth, profitability, and risk performance. You will shape strategy, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams to deliver sustainable results. This is a senior leadership opportunity with meaningful influence on the bank’s long-term success.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the segment’s overall performance, including P&L, RAROC, production, and expense management.

  • Drive new business development while expanding and deepening existing client relationships.

  • Oversee credit quality and risk management, ensuring compliance with credit policy and regulatory standards.

  • Participate in and influence loan structuring and approval decisions through effective presentations and recommendations.

  • Lead, develop, and hold Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and team leaders accountable for results.

  • Partner with cross‑sell teams to deliver holistic client solutions across loans, deposits, and fee‑based products.

  • Represent the bank through active participation in community, industry, and colleague engagement initiatives.

Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 15 years of experience in Commercial, Corporate, or Specialized Banking.

  • 4 years of successful P&L management experience.

  • 4 years of people leadership experience.

Preferred
  • Advanced degree or executive leadership training.

  • Deep expertise in credit, non-credit products, and complex client relationships.

  • Strong community and industry involvement within the market.
