Chief Financial Officer

We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on CFO to lead financial strategy, capital planning, and operational scale with growth. This role partners closely with the CEO and executive team to drive financial performance, investor confidence, and long‑term value creation.

• Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, and cash management
• Oversee accounting, GAAP compliance, audits, and internal controls
• Drive capital raise efforts, including investor materials, roadshows, and ongoing investor relations
• Manage capital structure, liquidity, and scenario planning
• Support IPO readiness activities, including S‑1 preparation and public‑company process development
• Partner cross‑functionally to align financial insights with business strategy
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance and accounting team

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high‑growth environment
• Direct experience raising capital and strong knowledge of capital markets
• Ability to create compelling investment and marketing materials
• Strong financial reporting expertise; IPO readiness/S‑1 familiarity preferred
• SaaS industry experience and understanding of subscription metrics and unit economics
• Strength in cash management, capital allocation, and financial modeling
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence
