Mutual Fund Accountant

Overview

Mutual Fund Accountant — We are seeking candidates for a Mutual Fund Accountant at a global asset management company located in Downtown Minneapolis, MN 55401.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5+ years of fund accounting, trade settlement or investment operations experience. This is a temporary role (estimated 12 months) with the potential to become permanent. The role will pay between $32.00 and $35.00 per hour within a 40-hour work week. On-site 3 days per week.

Start date:

February 9, 2026.

• Daily reconciliation of fund cash activity including international transactions
• Daily reconciliation of account holdings and activity
• Reconciliation of holdings and transactions between the various systems and custodian banks
• Prepare wire transfers to fund investment activity
• Monitor daily cash flows and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding available cash balances
• Support maintenance of securities and prices
• Daily, monthly and quarterly reporting

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Finance)
• Minimum 1.5+ years of fund accounting, trade settlement or investment operations experience
• Team player with a strong focus on meeting deadlines within established time frames
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
