We're seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands‑on CFO with expertise in private equity, venture capital, angel investing, and/or M&A to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing both executive‑level financial leadership and practical deal expertise to our entrepreneurial clients who are raising capital, considering acquisitions, planning exits, or working with investor stakeholders.

As a CFO, you'll serve as a key member of your clients' executive teams while also leading internal delivery teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. You could be helping a client prepare materials for a Series A raise one minute, and the next, working with an accountant on the team to optimize their financial reporting for investor communications.

You're a strategic advisor with investment and deal expertise

You excel at helping entrepreneurial organizations translate their vision into actionable financial strategies that resonate with investors and acquirers. You understand due diligence processes, cap table management, valuation methodologies, and what sophisticated investors expect to see. Your experience allows you to anticipate challenges and opportunities before they arise, particularly regarding fundraising readiness, deal structuring, and post‑transaction integration.
