SummaryThis role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of wealth advisory investments and billing/reporting processes. This role ensures the accuracy and quality of information in client-facing reports and dashboards, and provides high-quality service for clients.
Essential Job Functions- Investment Operations & Billing / Reporting
- Support operational needs of Wealth Advisors regarding the investment platform.
- Set up new client accounts in the portfolio accounting system and ancillary systems, including creation and maintenance of billing & reporting groups.
- Assist in billing processes, reconciliation, and ensuring accuracy in client fees.
- Create and maintain client dashboards.
- Coordinate private investment account activity between vendors and clients.
- Perform regular data integrity checks within the portfolio accounting system.
- Produce quarterly investment reports for clients for delivery on dashboards.
- Maintain accuracy of assigned advisors.
- Process off-boarding of former client accounts.
- Provide high-quality service impacting prospective/existing clients and co-workers through timely, courteous, respectful, and helpful communication.
- Assist in special projects related to brokerage, billing, and investment advisory as needed.
- Related experience is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range.
The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $48,700 - $145,000.
