• Timely and accurate review of invoices using financial and document management systems
• Ensure all financial information is correctly identified in invoices
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve invoice issues
• Monitor and achieve departmental and individual processing metrics
• Support month-end requirements and communicate company policies clearly

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of work experience
• Experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting
• Intermediate skills in Excel and thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize effectively

• Experience with Costpoint, Perceptive Content, OCR, SAP, or Open Text VIM
• Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in a financial shared services environment
• Government contracting experience
• Advanced Excel skills and understanding of FAR, GAAP, and SOX requirements
