As an Operations Associate II in the Mutual Funds team, you will work directly with Mutual Fund companies and Financial Advisors to ensure Mutual Fund business is processed in a timely manner. You will also provide superior customer service via phone, email and other systems while processing paperwork without errors.

Whatwill you do?
- Research, respond to, and follow up as required to questions from other Operations departments, branch offices, Mutual Fund companies, and management staff.
- Accurately review, verify, and/or record data into technology supporting department processes. Understand department procedures, processes and required accountabilities in the area or department in which the incumbent works. Refers to department manuals for instructions and task assignments for the specific role.
- Provide routine follow up to check on the status of the mutual funds business from varying Mutual Funds companies.
- Reduce risk by suggesting process changes and modifications as appropriate.
- Act as a resource for other Operations team members.
- Reconcile account dividend payments for accuracy.
Must-have
- 4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent), or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with a high attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to think critically, process complex work, investigate and inquire.
- Strong PC skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
Nice-to-have
- Previous experience balancing/reconciling accounts.
- Brokerage back office operations experience.
- Ability to integrate Excel and Access databases into daily work.
- Mutual Fund dividend processing knowledge.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $45,000 - $70,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance;
