Director, Plan Governance & Administration Support

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Serve as a consultative resource to support retirement plan compliance matters for both ERISA and non-ERISA plans
• Provide technical expertise regarding plan design, compliance, and due diligence for M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal and external audiences
• Create training materials for the professional development of colleagues related to qualified plan administration
• Draft external communication resources for client engagement on relevant topics

• 15+ years of success in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expert in 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), governmental, and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong executive presence and communication skills

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and problem-solve data
• Willingness to innovate and continuously acquire new skills

• Salary up to $166,900
