Fund Services Analyst

As a Fund Services Analyst, you’ll play a key role in performing fund accounting and operational responsibilities for collective funds and institutional portfolios. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Location(s):
Minneapolis, MN

• Calculate daily stable value Net Asset Values (NAVs) for collective funds and institutional portfolios.
• Reconcile investment activity, positions, and rates with external partners.
• Monitor portfolio metrics and compliance requirements to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for clients, auditors, and regulatory purposes.
• Support audits and client inquiries with accurate, timely information.
• Research and interpret accounting guidance to stay ahead of industry changes.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of accounting experience with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Independent problem solver with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with stable value or fixed income investments.
• Knowledge of portfolio accounting, trade settlement operations, and fund processes.
• Familiarity with PAM Accounting software.
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; advanced certifications (CPA, CFA, MBA) a plus.

Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
