VP​/Director of Finance

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Finance to lead financial operations and drive strategic initiatives. Based in the West Metro, this role demands an expert in accounting principles and financial systems with strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will excel in managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support organizational goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in transactional accounting

- At least 5 years of experience managing staff with strong attention to detail.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute large-scale initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
