Role Description
The Investment Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Plymouth, MN. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day investment operations, maintaining accurate client account data, reconciling investment transactions, managing client onboarding, and assisting with account-related inquiries. The role also involves preparing detailed reports, liaising with custodians and other financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Series 7
- Series 66 or 63 & 65, or ability to obtain upon hire
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an aptitude for reconciling financial data and monitoring investment performance.
- Proficiency in leveraging financial software, Microsoft Excel, and other data management tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and financial institutions professionally.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of investment account structures, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in investment operations or financial services is an advantage.
Pay
$55,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
