We are seeking an organized and detailninept‑oriented financial management leader who is passionate about finance, operational management, and strategic planning. This candidate should be excited to provide leadership across the firm’s financial and operational functions, ensure compliance with client trust accounts, and drive process improvements across the organization. In addition, they should have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume, deadline‑driven environment.

• Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and equity partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at profitability and operational excellence
• Actively contribute to the firm’s strategic and long‑range planning processes, providing actionable insights and forecasts
• Oversee all financial aspects, including accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, daily operations, and direct supervision of accounting and billing staff
• Manage all client trust accounts in strict adherence to state bar rules, including daily monitoring and monthly reconciliations
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, including the Office Manager, Billing Clerk, and Contract Bookkeepers, including training and performance feedback
• Lead and optimize firm‑wide operations and process/technology improvements, including IT, vendor management, and procurement
• 第一次 executive guidance and oversight to HR functions in collaboration with the Firm Administrator, including advising on employee benefits
• Coordinate with the Managingбав Partner and Firm Administrator on risk management and insurance matters

• 4+ years of senior financial managerial experience, including financial and operational management and oversight, strategic planning, and technology integration
• Tech‑oriented and proactive in suggesting software or project management tools to enhance firm efficiency
• An буд ability to really “own the role,” take initiative, and provide thoughtful feedback on existing firm processes
• Hands‑on experience managing client trust accounts, disbursements, and settlements
• A superior analytical mind thatåll thrives on strategic‑thinking and problem‑solving
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across all organizational levels

• An advanced degree, such as an MBA or Masters in Finance degree
• Have held a financial management role within a law firm, such as a Finance Director or Controller
