Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to engage directly with customers and internal partners to ensure the timely collection of balances due. This role involves reviewing orders on credit hold, resolving disputed invoices, and fulfilling customer documentation requests related to invoices and payments. Additionally, you will collaborate with business teams to address customer delinquency issues.

- Fulfill customer documentation requests related to invoices and payment.
- Collaborate with business teams regarding customer delinquency issues.
- 2-3+ years of B2B experience.
- Proficiency in collections, accounts receivable, and credit reconciliation.
- Experience with reconciliation and aging reports.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with collections management software is a plus, particularly Get Paid.
The role is based in Anoka at a location that houses AR, Cash Apps, Rebate, Collections, and Credit teams. The Collections team consists of seven members, with the opportunity to work four days in the office and one day from home, typically on Fridays. The team uses M3 and Get Paid as their collections management software, providing exposure to different ERPs.
Working hours are flexible, with core hours from 9 AM to 3 PM. The portfolio supported is high volume, requiring proactive phone communication and a focus on goals and results. The company is a large, global, publicly traded electric/man նյութ with a positive market outlook.
This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay dfsourcesThe pay range for this position is $28.84 - $35.00/hr.
