Our Investment Sales platform offers a personalized approach to buying and selling properties and partners with our debt & equity experts nationwide to provide a full range of capital markets services. The brokerage service covers major property types including retail, build-to-rent, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and more.

• Investment Sales Analyst – Collaborates with the investment sales team, analyzes property data, underwrites income-producing assets, interprets real estate documents, identifies financial risks, recommends value-add opportunities, and produces property evaluations. Aids brokers in cultivating new business through research and data tracking. Requires creativity, critical thinking, self-motivation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate Broker – Works with an experienced broker (coach) in a 1–2 year mentorship program to develop skills for progression to Broker level. Supports lead brokers, gaining market insights and expertise for success in Commercial Real Estate Sales. Mentorship, resources, and developmental support provided.
• Marketing Specialist – Assists brokerage teams with e-marketing, graphic design, and photo editing for real estate listings and campaigns. Requires independent judgment to plan and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.

Our debt & equity platform helps clients capitalize on CRE opportunities through a nationwide lender network and equity partners. We structure the right capital stack for a client’s real estate investment across major property types including retail, build-to-rent, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, and more.

• Investment Analyst – Underwrites CRE properties, creates investment reports, coordinates closings, and conducts market research while ensuring compliance with guidelines and investor requirements. Values teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate Producer – 1–2 year mentorship program to become a producer, building local market expertise, understanding investor processes, and developing solutions for client needs.

Northmarq’s in-house team provides Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac CRE debt financing and CRE HUD/FHA loans for affordable and market-rate properties, guiding borrowers through the closing process and servicing loans as a licensed HUD lender.

• Underwriting Analyst – Prepare loan request reports, perform data review, site analysis, financial assessment, and underwriting based on historical data and market standards. Review third-party reports, zoning, taxes, organizational structures, and mortgage history. Travel for property site inspections as needed. Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills are required.
