Job Description
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The United States Wealth Management Division is seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Manager of Banking Analytics to lead and support the firm’s expanding banking products. This role will play a critical part in driving data‑driven decision‑making, using data to optimize field‑facing banking consultants, and fostering collaboration across multiple business lines and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysis and banking products with a proven ability to deliver impactful insights and solutions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Strategic Productivity & Engagement:
Design and execute initiatives to enhance productivity of bankers across the United States and deepen client engagement through data‑backed solutions. - Product Optimization:
Partner with product teams to refine banking offerings (e.g., credit cards, mortgages, cash sweep accounts) and unlock growth opportunities. - Monitor Pricing:
Analyze trends and recommend strategies related to pricing of cash and other banking products. - Treasury
Collaboration:
Work closely with Corporate Treasury to optimize cash utilization while supporting firm‑wide financial goals.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Knowledge of funds transfer pricing (FTP) and its impact on financial performance.
- Strong expertise in banking products, including cash sweep accounts, credit cards, and mortgages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
Nice‑to‑have:
- Proven experience in data analytics, with a focus on large data sets, automation, and deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency/understanding of analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake).
- Prior experience managing skilled individual contributors.

For Minnesota the good‑faith expected salary range for the above position is $90,000 - $160,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company‑matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance;
and paid time‑off plan.
